The snpink’tn Indian Band (Penticton Indian Band) is committed to openness, accountability, and the protection of personal information. This page provides information on how to request access to PIB administrative records and information in accordance with the **Access to Records and Information Policy 2015‑12** and the **Information Privacy and Protection Policy 2015‑07**.

Individuals may use this form to request copies of specific records or to review records held by PIB departments. Requests are available to PIB members and non‑members, including PIB employees, for personal use only. Records must not be requested on behalf of others—each individual must submit their own request.

Before You Submit

When completing the form, please:

* Identify the PIB program or department that likely holds the records
* Clearly describe the records requested, including relevant dates and details
* Select **one** preferred access method (onsite review or electronic copies)
* Provide complete contact information so we can clarify details if needed

Providing detailed and specific information will help PIB locate records efficiently and avoid delays.

Fees and Processing

* **PIB members:** No application or processing fees apply
* **Non‑members:** A $20.00 application fee is required
Additional processing time beyond the first two hours may be charged at $25.00 per 15 minutes
* Requests are typically processed within 30 days, though extensions may apply in certain circumstances

 Privacy and Use of Information
Personal information collected through this process is used solely to administer your access request. If consent is provided, limited information may be shared with Membership Services to update PIB membership records. All request files are retained for two years after completion and then securely destroyed in accordance with PIB’s retention schedule.
