Penticton Indian Band (PIB) programs and services make our community the priority every day. By strategically investing in the community, focusing on programs, services, enhancing transparency and community engagement.

PIB’s strategic plan will guide the priorities of Leadership and Departments over the next 5 years. Staff and Community Engagement has improved and opportunities to improve our priorities, goals and activities will continually help PIB strengthen our safety, health and security.

Through the strength of our people and community, we will increase prosperity by creating a strong local economy
