Future Vision of IR2

We are working on a vision for the future of IR2 lands (Within City of Penticton)— a 30-acre parcel within the City of Penticton.
This land, though currently undeveloped, holds incredible potential. We’re exploring opportunities to bring much-needed housing, community spaces, and economic development to our Nation — while carefully considering the land’s unique features, constraints, and cultural significance.

The project includes:
•Exploring different housing and land use options
•Analyzing the impact of power lines and pipelines
•Protecting cultural and ecological areas
•Creating beautiful, functional spaces that meet the needs of our people
