Youth & Family Preservation Support Worker – Open until April 27, 2026
Job Summary:
Reporting to the Social Development Family Preservation Team Lead, the Youth & Family
Preservation Support Worker plays a key role in supporting inclusive culturally grounded
recreational programming for PIB youth, families and young adults. This position focuses on
fostering belonging, physical activity, and community engagement through structured
programs and events. The worker will support programs such as Young Adults, Youth Drop-In (Friday nights), Thursday Open Gyms, and support Family Preservation Youth and
Transportation. It is primarily focused on recreation facilitation, transportation, and event
support.
