PIB Band Housing Rentals Available

If you have previously filled out a PIB Housing Rental Application and it is a year or older, you must fill out a new application before the “listed rentals” closing date.

Type: 4-bedroom unit located at 186 Flicker Place, Upper Westhills Subdivision. (186 Flicker Place Virtual Tour)
RENT: $650.00/month, utilities not included.
Move in date: May 15th, 2026 or June 1st, 2026. (subject to change)
Eligibility for the unit include (for a full list refer to application):
• Must be a registered member of the Penticton Indian Band;
• Must be 19 years of age or older; and
• Must fill out and turn in a completed Social Housing Rental application and provide required information such as:
o Proof of Income – Pay stubs, letter from employer, verification from SA; and
o Reference Letter – Must be a current landlord within the year; or
o If no previous rental reference available a current room and board landlord is suitable.

Application package deadline submission April 20th, 2026 at 5:00pm. All suitable candidates will be contacted for an interview after the deadline.
