PIB Facility, Catering, and Use Agreement

Step 1 – Complete the Application (see choices)

 

• Please complete the application form (see online form list) and ensure all required fields are filled in. You may also download the form and submit it in person.  PIB Facility, Catering Form and Use Agreement
• Incomplete applications may be returned or require additional information .
• All information must be provided
• If your request includes catering services, please ensure your event aligns with the PIB Catering Policy.
• All “Facility Use” must comply with the PIB Facility Use Agreement, including guidelines for setup, cleanup, and responsibilities of the applicant (if required)

**You may be asked to provide additional documentation or approvals depending on the nature of your event.

Step 2 – Submit Your Application – If you downloaded the Application, you can submit it by:

 

• Mail or Drop off at the PIB Administration Office, or to PIB Events Coordinator – Rebecca Kruger
