About This Application (the form is below)
This application is based on the Penticton Indian Band Housing Policy, as approved by the FNCFS Committee. Its purpose is to gather the necessary information to:
• Determine whether the applicant(s) are eligible for FNCFS housing assistance.
• Assess the priority level of the request.
Step 1 – Complete the Application
• Please complete the application, fill in all required information. You can also download the form and drop off to the Housing Department Click here to download the FNCFS Application
• Ensure all sections are filled out. Incomplete applications will either be returned or require additional information.
• All information provided must be accurate and truthful. False or misleading statements may result in:
o Denial of assistance, or
o If assistance was granted based on false information, repayment of the funds may be required.
• If the application includes a request for a housing modification (e.g., to add a room for additional children, or to accommodate allergies or environmental sensitivities), a medical report from your doctor must be included.
Step 2 – Submit the Application
Once Step 1 is complete, submit your application at the end of the form and drop off any required worksheets by:
• Dropping it off at the PIB Housing Department office, or
• Mailing it to:

All applications will be reviewed by the FNCFS Housing Programs Committee and notification of application status will be given within 30 days of submission.
