Job Summary:
The PIB Office Administrator is responsible for developing and maintaining an efficient and organized office environment and referral data management system. The Office Administrator will support: office payables and receivables (40%), office administration (filing, supplies, answering phones, equipment management etc) (20%), and facilitate an effectual and timely referral response system (40%).
