FAMILY PRESERVATION YOUTH WORKER – open until filled
Job Summary:
Reporting to Family Preservation Team Lead, the Family Preservation Youth worker will provide home support services to high-risk and vulnerable youth. The focus of this service will be on strengthening the family through planned intervention strategies, with emphasis placed on ensuring youth’s safety, providing care and specialized treatment for the youth and enhance overall family capabilities.
