***ATTENTION - HWY 97, SUMMERLAND - PLANNED CLOSURE NOV 30, 11AM-12:30PM***
There will be a planned closure for blasting on HWY 97 between Callan Rd & Okanagan Lake Provincial Park north of Summerland on November 30, 2023 from 11am-12:30pm. The highway will be closed to all traffic during these times and will be opened as soon as the work and safety assessments are completed. This event has been posted to DriveBC.

2022/2023 AGM - That’s a wrap!! Thank you to all of the department staff, Leadership, the cooks, OSCS Staff and most of all our Community Members.

I personally want to thank my team for running off their feet to make sure the AGM was a success! Thank you to the Chief for being MC. My favorite part were the pictures the kids colored for C&C table. ❤️

We love what we do because we love our community! Can’t wait until next year!! ❤️

Join us for a 2 km Walk for Reconciliation on September 30th, National Day for Truth and Reconciliation! We will be departing from the Safeway parking lot and making our way to the SIRS Monument outside the Penticton Hatchery on En`owkin Trail.

Walk is open to everyone. Remember to wear your orange shirts! 🧡
