The Penticton Indian Band Administration currently employs over 60 staff (Managers, supervisors and staff) and is continuously growing. Our increase in the number of employees is due to new community facilities recently constructed to meet our ever growing community demands:

- Okanagan Nation Emergency Transition House
- Health and Wellness Center
- Footprints / Youth Center
